WHAT TO BRAND?

Now that im happy with the logo i want to use as well as the type, i decided i need to look at what i actually wanted to brand. As i want to try and create something that is a little less obvious then the generic menus etc, although i will be designing them, i want to try and re-brand the hotel with items that wouldn't normally be considered straight away. 

I categorised the the elements of the Crown so that it would be easier to work out what i wanted to brand. Originally i made a large list, breaking down different parts of hotels and what they consist of so using that and some of the research i collected from the crown.
